Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Spa Manager to lead our spa and fitness center operations. The Spa Manager will be responsible for business development, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all administrative tasks within the Health Club.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Promote hotel fitness and spa services to increase revenue and profitability through strong sales performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting all services within the Spa center.

Administrative Tasks:
Oversee all administrative tasks within the Health Club, ensuring efficient operations.
Manage and create price structures for services, expanding service offerings as needed.

Staff Management:
Lead and direct employees, providing ongoing training and support for their development.
Conduct monthly communication meetings and keep minutes to ensure effective team communication.

Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality standards to ensure the highest level of service for guests.
Monitor staff performance to meet business requirements and guest satisfaction.

Problem Resolution:
Proactively manage and resolve any problems or emergencies that arise, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Collaboration:
Maintain good communication with all hotel departments to coordinate spa operations effectively.

Financial Management:
Plan Health Club revenue and expenditure, working closely with the finance team.
Collaborate with suppliers and the procurement team to ensure optimal inventory management.

Reporting:
Keep the Director of Operations informed of all relevant issues related to guests and team members.

Team Leadership:
Take responsibility for the work and performance of the Health Club Supervisor, providing guidance and support as needed.

Additional Duties:
Perform any other tasks as required by the nature of the work, as directed by the Employer.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Proven experience in spa management or related industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and spa management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
