Opis posla

• Warmly greet and welcome guests in order to ensure a most enjoyable experience in Regent
• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard and highlight promotions
• Have in-depth knowledge of the bar’s beverage offer, make suggestions, give advice and up-sell drinks when appropriate
• Run the bar – stock up on supplies, manage inventory and make sure all equipment works accordingly
• Minimize waste, keep the bar clean and organized and make sure alcoholic beverages are always kept secure
• Deliver checks, provide payment coverage, work with credit cards / cash
• Work as part of a team and coordinate with your restaurant colleagues in order to provide a smooth and enjoyable service for the guests
• Look smart, tidy and professional – wear uniform with pride
